Coaters For Digital Printers

The new coaters are:

SGS-W620 – 24.4” manual coater
SGS-W470 – 18.5” manual coater
SGZ-W620 – 24.4” fully automatic coater
SGS-W470 – 18.5” manual coater
SGZ-W470 – 18.5” fully automatic coater
SGJ-W620 – 24.4” fully automatic Spot and Overall coater

These coater can do all:  Priming, Aqueous coating, UV coating, Spot coating and flood coating.  They are compact, mobile and require small space. They are easy to use and capable of top quality coating jobs at high speed. 

Ko Tai Machines, Inc. has focused more on the demand for larger coaters of 36” up to 68” before. This new line of smaller coaters is the product of many efforts and much consideration followed by thoughtful product development with our factory in China and with the digital printers’ needs in mind.
